At VinylHub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights when returning goods bought from us, in line with UK consumer law including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
If you purchased from our online store, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at support@vinylhub.store before returning any items. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Please note: The right to cancel does not apply to custom or personalised items that have been made to your specification, as these are exempt under Regulation 28(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This includes any decals or stickers produced using our custom design tool or made to a bespoke specification.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement if goods are:
- Not as described
- Not of satisfactory quality
- Not fit for purpose
If you believe your item is faulty or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@vinylhub.store with your order number and, where possible, a photo of the issue. We will resolve this promptly at no cost to you.
3. How to Return an Item
- Email us at support@vinylhub.store with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm your return and provide the return address (Chatteris, Cambridgeshire, UK).
- Pack the item securely and return it in its original condition where possible.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Return postage costs: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return postage is your responsibility.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. We will also refund the standard delivery cost if you are returning an entire order under your 14-day cancellation right.
